Solution 2 - TCP/IP stack repair
- Start > Run > CMD to open a command prompt.
- Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. Type in the following command in the command prompt and press Enter.
Code : netsh int ip reset reset.log
3. Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults. Type in the following command in the
command prompt and press Enter.
Code : netsh winsock reset catalog
4. Reboot the machine.
